Summertime Is Here! | Tobin Lofts

Hello residents, summer is upon us, so make sure you’re ready to have some major fun. Also, check out the hot deals we have going on! We know this summer month will be really hot, so be sure to grab a popsicle or some cold iced tea. To save on your electricity bill, if it gets too hot, turn your A/C down and maybe open your windows. Enjoy your summer overall — school is finally over, so you can kick back and relax. If you’re attending summer classes, stay focused and come out on top! Stay tuned to our Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Twitter for our news, updates, and event info. We appreciate all the continued support from all of you in the community; after all, you truly motivate us to excel.

Summer Tips for College Students

Finals have come to a halt and it’s now time for summer break, so catch up on some fun. There are a lot of things to do within San Antonio that are only an Uber or Lyft away. Go shopping for that bathing suit or swim trunks you’ve had your eyes on, and also check out some new eateries at the Quarry Market and at the Pearl! If you’re trying to save money, grab some sunscreen and catch some rays at our resort-style pool. Please be sure to use this break to work on life projects and spend time with family, which is important. Also, if you just don’t have any idea what your plans might be, stay posted for our events. Enjoy your summer break!

Summer Like a Local

Whether you’re going home or staying put for the summer, take advantage of all our community has to offer! Summers can be a great chance to enjoy the area in some new and different ways. • Visit your Chamber of Commerce website to find out about local attractions
  • Find a calendar of nearby fairs and festivals
  • Enjoy Fourth of July festivities and fireworks
  • Hike or bike a nearby trail
  • Volunteer with a local organization
  • Have a picnic
  • Go to an outdoor movie or concert
  • Run or walk a local 5K

We’ll also be planning events and activities for you throughout the summer, and if you need ideas for other fun things to do in the area, please let us know. We have information on area resources and a local calendar of events on hand to give you plenty of options. Have a memorable and fun summer!
