June 2015 Lifestyle

We hope your spring semester finished with a bang, and if you’re taking summer classes, we wish you the best of luck! If you are taking the summer off before the fall session, enjoy your time off and join us all summer for some great events and lots of fun. Don’t forget: Father’s Day and the first day of summer are both this month, on Sunday, June 21.

Maintenance Tips

If you are going to be moving out during the summer months, don’t forget to leave your bedroom clean and locked. Also, please don’t forget to turn in your keys so you won’t be charged our $100 key fee. If you are turning in your keys and moving out before July 31, 2015, stop by the leasing office to fill out the Intent to Vacate Form. If you have any questions regarding the early move out process, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
